AUTOMATION GUARANTEES QUICK TURNAROUNDOrders are received via phone, fax, EDI, mail, "host system," e-order, or wireless communication; processed; placed in "waves;" and routed to warehouse associates via wireless technology.
Order receipt confirmation for all e-orders are routed back to originator of order for verification
Products are "pulled" from inventory and scanned for item number, location, manufacturer, quantity, serialization information, etc. Information is captured and updated to radio beacon immediately using barcode and wireless technologies for quality and inventory control as well as real-time reporting.
Each order is assembled, quality checked against original request, and reconciled against original request..
Orders are processed within 24 hours, shipped, manifests distributed, and confirmation numbers tracked/verified to client location.
All transactions and product movement throughout the entire supply chain are monitored electronically for errors and accountability. Information is viewable real-time 24/7 by all authorized personnel.
